We are on the hunt for advocates and young people to get involved in our 2024 all star advent campaign.
We need YOUR help for this year’s All Star Advent campaign. We are wanting members of the community to submit their own videos giving tips on mental health, or answering one of our questions to be used throughout the All Star Advent campaign on our social media channels and website.

The videos
We are looking for 4 different styles of video, you can do as many or as little as you would like. But we ask each style to be a separate video.
Mental Health Tip - Give a tip on mental well-being that has helped you in your life. This could be anything from talk to friends, to reading a book to seeking therapy. The more authentic the video, the better! Feel free to be creative and make it your own!
